Refund policy

We hope that you love your purchase from Macaron + Me, but if you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase of your item is not fit to perfection, you may return it to us for a full refund or for store credit within 15 days from recorded delivery date as specified below:

Returned good must be returned in the original packaging with tags, unused, unwashed, and unworn.  All items will be inspected upon return before a refund can be made.  Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed.  

Labels for store credit returns will be generated for free as part of our friendly return policy.  If you would like a full refund on your item, a pre-paid label is available for $7.95 and up to $14 based on your package size which will be deducted from your overall refund total.  We recommend an insured and trackable mail service and Macaron + Me cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the return shipment.  

Items that are purchased on Sale are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.  All Sales Are FINAL!

Special items:  

1.  Underwear, Sheets, pillowcases, bows, and hats may not be returned or exchanged.  Final Sale

2.  Adult pajamas can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened and in the original condition.   These items are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the packaging is not intact.  Your items will be inspected before any refunds will be issued.

3.  All baby/childrens pajamas and accessories must have the original packaging (plastic zipper bag and hang tag) and must not be worn in brand new condition to be eligible for return or exchange.

4.  Blankets and swaddles must be unopened and in original condition to be returned.  If they have been opened, they are not eligible for return.

5.  Holiday Prints:  Holiday prints are not eligible for return after the holiday has passed, regardless of the order time.  If you order a holiday print, we ask that all returns or exchanges be made within 14 days prior to the holiday.  No exceptions!

If you would like to make an exchange, you will need to purchase the new item and we will refund the original purchase after it is received and has passed inspection.  We will not be able to hold replacement items.
