US Shipping Policy

Sale Orders:  Please allow 12-15 full business days from your order date for ship out from the sale section (excluding holidays and weekends).  We are a small shop and will need additional time to process orders during bouts of high volume orders.  We appreciate your patience.  Your package is coming and we can't wait for you to receive your goodies. 

We take pride in every order at Macaron + Me and our goal is for you to receive your items as soon as possible. We usually fulfill orders within 24 hours in order to expedite the shipping process. Free shipping is available with a minimum of $150 purchase on full priced items within the United States, and standard shipping for Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico starts at $10. Our shipping rates will increase for sales.  Most orders will arrive in 3-5 days anywhere in the U.S. (excluding the holiday season). If your purchase was made during a sale, please expect your package to ship out within 10-15 full business days, excluding holidays and weekends due to the high volume of orders.  During times of high volume or a new release, shipping time may be extended by a day or two.  Sale orders may not be canceled or combined with additional orders. Outside of high volume sales,  If you need to change something in your order, please email us at and we will do our best to make any adjustments if the order has not already been fulfilled. We cannot guarantee order cancellations or changes, especially in times of high volume. Please download the shop app to check order status updates.

Items may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex directly from our warehouse in the great state of Texas. Once an item leaves our hands it is in the hands of the assigned courier with a tracking number.  We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal system, damaged or stolen packages or replacement of lost orders submitted with the incorrect delivery address or information.  If your package is delayed or missing, it is your responsibility to contact the last courier location to file a claim.

If your package states it was delivered and you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the postal service.  

We offer ROUTE shipping insurance as an add on option to your delivery service.  

International Shipping Policy

Macaron+Me does not ship internationally at this time. Stay tuned, as this might change in the future.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method that was used in the original order. We will deduct shipping fees from your invoice for orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or insufficient address.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded minus all shipping charges and $10 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. Please place a new order with the correct shipping address/information if you would like the order to be resent.

Business/Commercial Address:

If you are having your Macaron + Me package sent to a business or commercial address, it is required that you include a contact or person of attention, including the first and last name in Line 1 or your package will be delayed and you will be contacted by a representative.
